- Prepare 2 quarts of water.
- You need 2 of cans/bottles of beer.
- You need 1 tablespoon of salt.
- It's 1/4 cup of lemon juice.

- You need 1/4 cup of Old Bay seasoning.
- It's 5 stalks of celery (chopped).
- It's 2 lbs of small potatoes (quartered).
- Prepare 2 lbs of smoked sausage (cut into 1 inch pieces).
- Prepare 5 ears of corn (halved).
- It's 1 lb of clams.
- It's 2 lbs of shrimp.
- Prepare 6 cloves of garlic (or equal minced).
- You need 8 oz of mushrooms (sliced).
- It's 3 of each medium Vidalia onion (halved and sliced).
- It's 2 tablespoon of Cayenne pepper flakes.
- Prepare 3 tablespoon of red pepper.

- Bring all liquid and spices to boil in a large pot. Remember, a lot of food is going in here..
- Add sausage, potatoes, and onions. Boil for 10 minutes..
- Add corn, mushrooms, and celery. Boil for 10 more minutes..
- Add the seafood and butter. Boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Clams will open, shrimp turns pink when done..
