- Make the coffee and let cool down to touch..
- Blend Sugar and Eggs, beat till thick and creamy..
- Dip Biscuts in the coffee and let soak for a minute. Then layer on bottom of bake dish..
- Add cream cheese to the egg mix and beat again. Then add a layer over the biscuts.
- Repeat the biscuts and layer and top with the remaining cream mix..
- Cover and place in fridge over night. When about to serve sprinkle the chocolate on top..
