  1. Prepare 125 gram of All purpose flour.
  2. You need 125 gram of powder sugar.
  3. You need 3 of Eggs.
  4. It's 75 gram of Butter.
  5. It's 1teaspoon of Cocoa.
  6. It's 1 teaspoon of Red Colour.
  7. You need 1/2 teaspoon of Coffee powder.
  8. You need 4-5 drops of Vanilla extract.
  9. It's 50 grams of Amul cheese.
  10. Prepare as required of Whipped cream.
  11. You need 2-3 drops of Red food colour.

Red Velvet Cake instructions

  1. Whipp eggs, sugar & vanilla extract together in a bowl till frothy.Add butter and beat again..
  2. Add all purpose flour baking powder and beat for another 1 minute..
  3. Add cocoa, coffee and red colour one by one and keep mixing..
  4. Bake in greased tray at 180 C in preheated oven for 20-25mins.
  5. Cool once baked..
  6. To Prepare cheese cream filling,whip together amul plain cheese and whipped cream, beat 1minute..
  7. Now layer the cake in 3 equal parts.Put sugar syrup and then spread cream cheese filling.Place another layer of sponge and repeat same..
  8. Place the top layer and now spread all over the whipped cream evenly..
  9. I took gel and mixed in some red colour in it..
  10. Then put in piping bag above red gel and make lines with it on cake.Then with toothpick pull vertical lines down wards to form the net design..
  11. Chill the cake 2-3hrs before cutting.Interior part looks awesome when you cut..
  12. Hence the gorgeous red colour in this cake adds to the beauty of this Cake..
