First and foremost rule of making Dalgona Coffee is that use high-quality coffee powder for beating. The colour of your coffee will depend a lot on the richness of coffee powder. You can have Dalgona coffee ☕️ using 5 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook that.
Ingredients of Dalgona coffee ☕️
- Prepare 2 tbsp of coffee powder.
- You need 2 tbsp of sugar.
- You need 2 tbsp of hot water.
- You need 1 cup of milk.
- Prepare 5-6 of Ice cubes (optional).
Dalgona coffee ☕️ instructions
- Mix all the items and whisk them together with a hand blender or electric blender. The only difference using them is time..
- So for electric blender it will take upto 5-8 minutes for the creamy texture output, whereas for hand blender/ mixer it will take upto 15 minutes..
- After getting this whipped coffee(creamy texture) add it to a cup of milk(you can use ice cubes if you like it chilled).
- And serve it sprinkling some coffee powder on the top..
